Let’s start with beer!

Noble Hop

In the fall of 2014 my friend Dave, a very astute business professional, opened a home brewing supply store on a burgeoning stretch of Dundas St. W. The only downtown supply shop for home brewers? There’s your pitch. If a city can have a national pastime, then “craft beer” and everything associated with it, is currently Toronto’s.

I managed to snag  Toronto Star, BlogTO and Metro features on Dave and the shop around its opening and get some follow-up with Toronto Life a few months later. Dave was thrilled, the store was a huge hit and downtown home brewers were ecstatic. Cheers!
